Weekly check-ups have helped keep Ani top motivated!

The switch to being at home most of the time with gyms closed and less options for moving as a daily routine hadn’t been fruitful for my motivation to work out and stay on track with my goals. That’s what Simon’s training program did for me – providing a constant in difficult times, taking over the „thinking“ part of an exercise and giving a fresh input of what else I could try. And last but not least – the weekly check ups have been a space for reflection but also for comradeship – because, in the end of the day, we are all on this journey together and can learn from each other. Ani, 29
