When I started working with Simon, my fitness level was quite good already, but for the additional demands as a crisis manager I needed to improve effectiveness without having to add more time.
45 to 60 minutes a day was the limit. At the same time, I was seeking to improve endurance to better cope with 7 day work weeks almost all year round.
Needless to say, The Covid crisis was in full swing when Simon was recommended to me by a friend. So we started via messaging and Simon still keeps adapting my training plans to suit current needs and it always works out for me – and Simon keeps coming up with training setups and new challenges that work well for me and are fun to do.
