I started working out with Simon in December 2021. It has not been that long ago, but I really love working together with him. The sessions are not about making me do standardised exercises. Simon really gets to know you, what your ups and downs were until now, what your personal goals are, and every time we have a session, he adapts the session to you.
He is extremely flexible, kind, and empathetic, and I feel that every time. I already feel stronger, and he points out the progress that I don’t see. Often we need someone to remind us to not be so hard on ourselves, but to teach us to be in tune with our bodies and do the right things for our physical and mental health. Krisztina, 34
