Belinda has turned her unhealthy habits around!

Let me start by saying that contacting Simon and asking for his support was the best decision I took in a long time. It totally paid off!! With Simon’s support, I was able to stick to a healthy diet the majority of the time, and if not, I knew exactly what had triggered me. More than once I was able to make a better decision then. Who would have guessed that I could enjoy writing a food diary and that this would help me with stress eating? I love how his advice turned out not to be an additional pressure and weight but directed me away from perfectionism.
The selection of training videos was great – challenging but still motivating –, and I was looking forward to the daily checkups. Simon always took time for my questions and needs. I don’t need apps and a gym membership anymore, I am just training outside. Belinda, 38
